Biography

Education Andrey Kruglov graduated from St. Petersburg Technological Institute of the Refrigeration Industry majoring in Cryogenics. Doctor of Economics. Professional experience 1986–1987 Student at Leningrad Technological Institute of the Refrigeration Industry. 1987–1989 Military service. 1989–1994 Student at Leningrad (St. Petersburg) Technological Institute of the Refrigeration Industry. 1994–1995 Supervisor of the Foreign Operations Department at BNP-Drezdner-Bank (Russia). 1995–2001 Chief Expert of the Division for International Finance Institutes, Investment and Credit of the International Business Relations Directorate; Head of the Finance and Credit Cooperation Sector of the Division for Technical Cooperation with Foreign Countries and International Organizations; Head of the International Trade and Investment Division of the International Economic Cooperation Directorate under the International Relations Committee of the St. Petersburg Mayor’s Office (at present – St. Petersburg Administration). 2001–2002 Deputy Director of Invest-In Ltd. 2002–2003 Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Corporate Finance Department, Gazprom. 2003–2004 Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Department for Finance and Economics of Gazprom; CEO of Gazprom Finance B.V. 2004–2014 Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Head of the Department for Finance and Economics of Gazprom. 2015- July 2015 Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Department Head, Gazprom.
