Biography
Education Elena Vasilieva graduated from Voznesensky Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute. Professional experience 1985–1999 Chief Accountant at the Housing Administration Department; Deputy Chief Accountant at the General Accounting Office of the Leningrad Sea Commercial Port; later on – Deputy Chief Accountant at the General Accounting Office of the of St. Petersburg Sea Port. 1999–2001 Chief Accountant of the Baltic Pipeline System (BPS); subsequently, of the BPS branch – Upper Volga Oil Trunklines. Since 2001 Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Committee, Chief Accountant of Gazprom.
