Biography

Education Igor Fyodorov earned a law degree from Leningrad State University and completed a program in Enterprise Economics and Management at the St. Petersburg State Academy of Service and Economics. He received an MBA degree from St. Petersburg International Management Institute. Igor Fyodorov has a PhD in Economics. Professional experience 1987–1989 Senior Legal Advisor to the Lengoroblispolkom General Directorate of Trade. 1989–2002 Worked at the St. Petersburg Bar Association. 2002–2003 Head of the Copyright and Related Rights Directorate at the Federal Agency for Legal Protection of Military, Special and Dual Use Intellectual Activity Results under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. 2003–2006 Worked at Gazprom Komplektatsiya (formerly Gazkomplektimpex). 2006–2007 Director General of Gazprom Komplektatsiya. 2007–2017 Member of the Gazprom Management Committee, Director General of Gazprom Komplektatsiya. Since March 2017 Member of the Management Committee, Head of Department 104, Gazprom.
