Biography

Education Graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics majoring in Global Economics, Finance and Credit. He also graduated from the All-Russian State Tax Academy (State Educational Establishment of Higher Professional Education under the Russian Tax Ministry), the Durham Business School (the UK) and the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. He holds a PhD in Economics. Professional experience 1995–1996 Economic accountant at Chin and Chin. 1996–1997 State Tax Inspector at the Analysis and Forecasting Directorate of the Moscow State Tax Inspectorate. 1997–1998 Assistant to the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service, Deputy Head of the Directorate for Legal Entities’ Profit (Income) Taxation and Accounting Methodology in Taxation under the Russian Federal Tax Service. 1999 Consultant at the Tax and Insurance Division of the Department for Finance and Monetary Control under the Russian Government Administration. 1999–2004 Deputy Head, Head of the Department for Profit Taxation and Accounting Methodology in Taxation, later on – Head of the Profit Taxation Department under the Russian Ministry of Taxes and Levies. 2004–2005 Head of the Directorate for Profit (Income) Taxation under the Federal Tax Service. 2005–2007 Assistant to the Russian President Plenipotentiary in the Southern Federal Okrug under the Russian President Administration. 2008 Assistant to the Regional Development Minister of the Russian Federation. 2008–2010 Director of the Controlling and Analysis Department, Advisor to the First Vice President, Director of the Risk Monitoring Department of the Olympstroy State Corporation branch company. 2010–2011 Head of the Tax Policy Directorate of Gazprom. 2011–2014 Head of the Tax Policy Department of Gazprom. Since 2015 Department Head 822, Gazprom.
