Biography

Education Kirill Seleznev graduated from Ustinov Baltic State Technical University majoring in Pulse Devices and Automated Rotary Lines Engineering, and from St. Petersburg State University majoring in Credit Theory and Financial Management. He has a PhD in Economics. Professional experience 1991–1997 Student at Ustinov Baltic State Technical University. 1997–1998 Employed at UNR-308 Spetstonnelstroy, Leningrad. 1998–1999 Technical Analyst in Money-Market Instruments; Lead Expert in Securities of the Stock Exchange Transactions Division at the Investment and Financial Group “Management, Investment, Development”. 1999–2000 Chief Expert of the Investment Activities Coordination Group, St. Petersburg Sea Port. 2000–2001 Head of the Tax Policy Group at the Baltic Pipeline System (BPS); subsequently, at the BPS branch – Upper Volga Oil Trunklines. 2001–2002 Deputy Head of the Management Committee Administration – Assistant to Chairman of the Management Committee, Gazprom. 2002 Head of the Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing and Processing Department, Gazprom. 2002–2003 Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing and Processing Department, Gazprom. 2003–2004 Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing and Processing Department of Gazprom; Director General, Mezhregiongaz. 2004–2008 Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing and Processing Department, Gazprom; Director General, Mezhregiongaz; Member of the Board of Directors, RAO UES of Russia. 2008–2014 Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing and Processing Department, Gazprom; Director General of Gazprom mezhregiongaz (former Mezhregiongaz).
