Biography
In 1994 Sergey Grischenko graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Department of International Law. He has more than 10 years’ experience in investment business. From 1996 to 2003 Mr. Grischenko worked at Troika Dialog Investment Company, his last position being Director of the Legal Department. From 2004 to 2006 he headed the Corporate Affairs Department of Basic Element, the largest Russian direct investments fund. Since 2006 Mr. Grishchenko has filled top positions with Gazprombank, heading the Direct Investments Department since 2007. Sergey Grischenko serves as board member of major Russian companies including OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group), Uralmash Machine Building Corporation, SIBUR Holding, MOESK, Khimmash Group
