Biography
Education Sergey Khomyakov graduated from Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute. He has a PhD in Economics. Professional experience 2002–2003 Deputy Director General for International Economic Relations with the Moscow Mint Federal State Unitary Enterprise. 2003–2007 First Deputy Director General of the Security Service, Gazprom. Since 2007 Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Director General of the Security Service (since 2008 – Corporate Security Service) of Gazprom.
