Sergey Pankratov

Biography

Education In 1982 he graduated from Gubkin Moscow Institute of the Petrochemical and Gas Industry, majoring in design and operation of oil and gas pipelines, gas storages and oil tank farms. He has a PhD in Economics. Professional experience Sergey Pankratov has been employed at Gazprom for 31 years. 1984–1990 Unit controller at the Central Dispatch Directorate of USSR UGSS under the USSR Gas Industry Ministry. 1990–1993 Chief technologist of the USSR UGSS comprehensive development sector at prospective development division of State Gas Concern Gazprom. 1993–1997 Chief technologist, head of the fuel and energy balance sector at the Prospective Development Directorate of RAO Gazprom. 1997–2003 Head of the logistics, marketing and IT division at Gazexport. 2004–2014 Deputy Head of Department – Head of the Prospective Development Directorate at the Strategic Development Department, OAO Gazprom. 2014 First Deputy Head of the Central Operations and Dispatch Department of Gazprom. 2015 First Deputy Head of Department 310 at Gazprom. Since July 2015 Deputy Head of Department 310 at Gazprom.
