Biography
Т.V. Smirnov graduated with honors from the Moscow State University, as well as he holds a degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. T.V. Smirnov is the Head of the Industry and Services Sector Directorate, working on projects in oilfield services and engineering, agriculture and food products, healthcare services, industrial goods and services. His work record is over 12 years in investment activities. Prior to joining Gazprombank in 2005, he was employed by LUKOIL, Direct Investment Fund “Ost West Group”, Sberbank of Russia. T.V. Smirnov is a member of the Boards of Directors of Investgeoservice, New Tech Services and other portfolio companies.
