Biography

Education He graduated from Ryazan Radio Engineering Institute, majoring in Industrial Electronics; Academy of Natural Sciences, majoring in Socio-Political Relations Theory; Moscow Academy of Economics and Law, majoring in Law. He holds a PhD in Law and a PhD in Economics. Professional experience 1976–1978 and 1982–1984 He was working at Ryazan Electronic Instruments Plant.
