Biography
From Jan 2016 - Present, Elena Bashkeeva is working as CF in the department of Finance operational Controller at GE Healthcare, Russia. Progressed from the Associate to the Senior Audit Manager level with the Corporate Audit Staff leadership program in GE. In the last year of the program, led global teams (10-20 reports) through strategic company projects and financial reviews. Responsibilities included overseeing the teams, their audit/project scope and execution, risk assessment, engagement of GE Officer and Senior Executive level clients, as well as organization employee development and recruiting. Assignments included financial and compliance audits, support of M&A and strategic global company initiatives across Industrial and Capital businesses in USA, Europe, Russia/CIS and MENAT regions.
