Biography
Mr. Roman Vladimirovich Osipov has held the position of Member of the Management Board at PhosAgro PAO since October 5, 2017. Between January 2012 and June 3, 2016 he served as Member of the Company's Board of Directors. Additionally, he occupied the post of Deputy General Director for Business Development at the Company. In June 10, 2013 he was appointed as Member of the Company’s Strategy Committee. He also was Member of the Company's Risk Management Committee. From January 24, 2013 to June 10, 2013, he acted as Member of the Management Board at the Company. Previously, he held the post of Director of Economics and Finance at FosAgro AG ZAO, the managing company of FosAgro OAO. In 2008, he worked for Gruppa GAZ, where he held various management positions in financial sector, including Chief Financial Officer of Light Commercial Vehicles Division (Legkie Kommercheskie Avtomobili). Apart from that, he served for Ernst & Young and Andersen, in the audit and consulting divisions. Mr. Osipov graduated from Baltic State Technical University. He also holds a Masters degree from LETI-Lovanium International School of Management, Saint-Petersburg (currently Vlerick Business School).
