Biography
Dmitry has been working in Joint-Stock Company "Otkritie Holding" since 2014 until now and holds a position of M&A (Merger and Acquisition) and Investment Projects Executive Director. Dmitry Dubenetsky has been Member of the Board of Directors of Joint-Stock Company "ARKHANGELSKGEOLDOBYCHA" (Arkhangelsk Geological Extraction) since May 2017. Before his employment in "Otkritie" he has worked for more than four years in Moscow office of "White&Case" international law firm where he was responsible for projects related to bank financing, corporate transactions and transactions at capital market. Prior to this Mr. Dubenetsky served as a lawyer at Moscow office of "Clifford Chance" law firm, he also has professional experience of working at Moscow office of Deutsche Bank and in Headquarters of BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA, Geneva. Dmitry graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Law, and also holds a LL.M. degree from University of Chicago.
