Bachelor, Candidate of Science, Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas; Master’s degree, Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas, USA. Vladimir Tolkachev has a rich experience in business development. Over a long period of time he has held key positions in Russian and international oil and gas companies including PJSC «Rosneft Oil Company», Marathon Oil Corporation, Foster Wheeler International, Deloitte & Touche, as well as cooperated with Baker Hughes. Mr.Tolkachev was born in 1974 in Archangelsk and descended from a renowned family of geologists.
