Elena Igorevna Verboloz, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Processes and Apparatuses of Food Production, Member of the Dissertation Council D 212.227.09 of the ITMO University on the specialty 05.18.12, Chairman of the personnel commission of the mega-department of biotechnology and low-temperature systems of MBISS, Academician of the International Academy of Refrigeration (MAX) , a full member of the Academician of the Russian Academy of Food Security, an honorary worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation. In 2016 the breastplate "For fidelity to the Trade Union" was received.

Perfection of processes of resource-saving technologies of processing of food raw materials on the basis of optimization of hydromechanical and thermal processes.
