Biography
He started working at Digital Design in 1995 as a programmer. In 1997, he became head of the department, in 1998 he established the department of software solutions and was its first director. Since 2004, he held the post of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance, and from 2008 to 2013 - Executive Director of the company, where he was responsible for all operational work of Digital Design. Under his direct supervision, more than 200 projects have been implemented in various areas of development of information systems.In 1986, Anatoly graduated with honors from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in system engineering and in 1992 completed a postgraduate course. From 1990 to 1999 he taught at the department, became the author of a number of training courses. In 1998, received the status of Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), in 1999 - the status of Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), since 2001 has the status of Project Manager Professional (PMP). In 2005 he received an MBA.
