Biography

"Pavel Ulyanov heads the Energy Division of UC RUSAL since its inception in March 2007. Its task is to create an energy base to ensure the production of aluminum by its own energy, to search for new energy resources and opportunities for the development of this business area. Since December 2004, Pavel Ulyanov headed the Directorate for Strategy and Corporate Development of RUSAL, previously was Director of Tare Business of the company. In the aluminum industry, he came in 1997, becoming the president of ROSTAR-holding group of the Siberian Aluminum Group. From 1991 to 1996, Pavel Ulyanov worked in Toribank, where he held positions from a corporate client manager to an adviser to the president of the bank. In 1996, he joined MDM Bank as vice-president. Pavel Ulyanov was born in 1972. In 1994 he graduated from the State Academy of Management. He is a graduate of the Leadership Training Program (PED) of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, 2004-2005)."
