Dr John C. Reed completed his education B.A. from University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, US (1976-1980), School of Medicine from University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, US, M.D., Ph.D. (1980-1986), Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, PA, US, Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, Resident in Clinical Pathology (1986-1988), Wistar Institute of Anatomy and Biology, Philadelphia, PA, US, Postdoctoral Fellow in Molecular Biology (1986-1988).
