Preparation of the POs in bank system for Russia and Ukraine. Preparation of the additional bank documents required by local legislation (for currency control purposes). Quarterly reconciliation of currency control documents and passports of deals with the bank. Reconciliation with Tax departments regarding tax payments Communication with staff regarding with payments (Russia and Ukraine). Bank statements booking in local 1C accounting system for Russia and Ukraine. Weekly outstanding balances control. Monthly cash balances reconciliation (as part of month-close procedure). Preparation of Acts for reimbursable costs. Preparation of Purchase Requisition in I-Procurement system as I-procurement requester for local Finance department Archiving of all documents regarding payments Sending the 2nd copy of acts to requesters and suppliers. Supporting in expense reports accounting.
