Biography

 Mr. Yuri Viktorovich Novozhilov has been the Chief of JSC TransCreditBank since 2009. Mr. Novozhilov has been an Executive Director of Non-State Pension Fund (also known as NPF Welfare) since February 2012. Mr. Novozhilov has been General Director, Trans-Invest since 2005. He served as the Head of Kit Finance at JSC TransCreditBank since November 2009. He served as Chief Executive Officer of OAO TransCreditBank since 2009. He served as Deputy Chief of the Corporate Finance Department at JSC Russian Railways. He served as Deputy Head of corporate finance at JSC RZD since 2004. He served as First Deputy Head of the Corporate Finances Department of OAO Russian Railways for 5 years. From 2001 to 2002, he served as the Head of the Department of Financial Assets Management of Ilim Pulp Enterprise. From 2002 to 2003, he served as a Director of Investment and Banking Services Administration of Web-invest Bank. From 2003 to 2003, he served as the Head of Treasury at Ilim Pulp Enterprise. He has extensive experience in corporate and investment management, held executive positions with a number of large financial companies. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Public Joint Stock Company Center for cargo container traffic TransContainer since October 25, 2016. He served as the Chairman of KIT Finance Investment Bank (CIT Finance Investment Bank) since July 13, 2012 and has been its Director since December 26, 2008. He serves as the Chairman of KIT Finance OAO. Mr. Novozhilov has been the Chairman of Absolut Bank since April 14, 2017. Mr. Novozhilov served as the Chairman of Absolut Bank from May 27, 2013 to July 2013 and has been its Director since May 27, 2013. He served as Deputy Chairman of Public Joint Stock Company Center for cargo container traffic TransContainer until October 25, 2016 and has been its Non-Executive Director since May 14, 2013. He serves as Deputy Chairman of TransFin-M Public Company. He has been a Director of JSC KRP-Invest and JSC KRP-Invest since 2004. He has been a Director of Kavkaz-Transtelecom since 2007, Zheldoripoteka and Kavkaz-Transtelecom since 2006. He serves as a Director of Public Joint Stock Company United Credit Systems. He served as a Director of Svyaznoy Bank Closed Joint Stock Company until July 1, 2014. He served as a Director of Ust-Luga Company JSC. He served as Non Executive Director of Public Joint Stock Company Mostotrest from July 5, 2012 to 2015. He served as a Director of Joint Stock Company TransCreditBank since 2009. Mr. Novozhilov graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University with a degree in Theoretical Economics.
