Was born in Moscow, December 26, 1966. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. From June 1990 to May 2004 he worked in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government Office of the Russian Federation, for 7 years he headed the Economic Department of the President of the Russian Federation. He was on the boards of directors of Sberbank of Russia, OJSC VTB Bank, OPK Oboronprom, OKB Sukhoi, Rosgosstrakh, Aerospace Equipment and others. Since June 2004, he has been engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the banking and defense-industrial sectors of the economy. Actively engaged in public work (Chairman of the Committee on Investment Policy of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, co-chairman of the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia"). Chairman of the Committee for Interaction with Minority Shareholders PJSC Sberbank.
