Biography
Alexey joined Eugene Kaspersky at the KAMI Information Technologies Center in 1991, and later co-founded Kaspersky Lab in 1997. Early on in the project he was responsible for product development. Later on his focus of responsibility shifted to the AV engine, and then to technology development. Alexey graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1988, and then worked several years as a computer engineer in one of the Soviet rocket science institutes.
