Biography
In 2003 he graduated from Sevmashvtuz for the specialization Ship Power Plants From 1997 to 2012 he worked at the Zvezdochka Machine-Building Plant in Severodvinsk, where he worked his way from a locksmith fitter to a deputy head of the PDO. From 2012 to 2015, he worked as a director of the branch "35 ship repair yard" JSC "TsV" Zvezdochka ", Murmansk.
