Anvar Gainutdinov

Biography

In 1976 he graduated from the Kazan Chemical Technology Institute. He began his career at the Kazan Optical and Mechanical Plant, working as a design engineer. From 1977 to 1988, he was elected secretary of the Komsomol Committee KOMZ, worked in the Soviet District Committee of the Komsomol in Kazan, and later in the Soviet District Committee of the CPSU. From 1988 to 1994 he headed the training and production center of the Kazan Optical and Mechanical Plant (KOMZ), served as deputy general director of the personnel factory. From 1998 to 2007 he worked as an assistant to the General Director of KOMZ. In 2007, he headed the Department of Public Procurement in the Government of the Amur Region. In 2009, he was appointed Head of the Office of the General Director of the Concern "Radioelectronic Technologies" (KRET).
