Candidate of Economic Sciences. 2003 - Expert of Industrial-Construction Bank OJSC (St. Petersburg). 2003 - 2006 - Head of the Department of the Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade of the Administration of St. Petersburg. 2006 - 2008 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Communal Services (Rosstroy) 2008 - Assistant to the Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Since 2009 - in the State Corporation Rostek, currently holds the position of Director for Economics and Finance.
