Kolesov Nikolay Alexandrovich

Biography

His first professional choice was made after the 10th class, enrolling in the Kazan GPTU number 55, which he graduated with honors in 1975, receiving the specialty of "radio controller". After studying, he began to work at the Kazan plant of electronic computers. In 1987 he received a diploma from the Kazan State Financial and Economic Institute, specializing in "Planning of Industry". Doctor of Economic Sciences. From 1977 to 1994 he worked at the Kazan Optical and Mechanical Plant, where he passed the path: from the radio controller to the head of the machine assembly production. In 1997, he was appointed general director of the Elecon plant, which he headed for 10 years, until 2007. From 2000 to 2008, the second and third convocations were elected to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the State Council of the second convocation (2000-2004) was a member of the Presidium of the State Council. In the State Council of the third convocation (2004-2008) was a member of the State Council Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance. In 2007 he was appointed governor of the Amur Region. Since 2009, he headed the Concern Radioelectronic Technologies (KRET).   He is a member of a number of scientific and economic societies, including an active member of the Academy of Natural Sciences of the Russian Federation and a full member of the Academy of Military Sciences.
