Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (1999). Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Military Sciences. The author of 9 monographs, 56 scientific publications. 1997-2001 - legal adviser, head of the legal department of AGROS. 2000-2004 - Lecturer of the Chair of International Private and Civil Law of MGIMO. 2003-2005 - Deputy General Director for legal work of the company "Tsentrprof2000". 2005-2007 - the head of the project of the directorate of hydrocarbon raw materials "SIBUR". 2007-2010 - Director of the corporate and legal department of OJSC SIBUR-Holding. 2009-2013 - Deputy General Director for Corporate and Legal Affairs of Tobolsk-Polymer (OJSC SIBUR-Holding). 2013 - n. Wed. - Chairman of the Court of Arbitration at the State Corporation "Rostekh". 2013-2014 - Head of the corporate and legal department of the State Corporation "Rostekh". 2015 onwards. Wed. - Director of Legal Support and Corporate Governance of the State Corporation "Rostekh".
