Biography
His first professional choice was made after the 10th class, enrolling in the Kazan GPTU number 55, which he graduated with honors in 1975, receiving the specialty of "radio controller". After studying, he began to work at the Kazan plant of electronic computers. In 1987 he received a diploma from the Kazan State Financial and Economic Institute, specializing in "Planning of Industry". Doctor of Economic Sciences. Since 2009, he headed the Concern Radioelectronic Technologies (KRET). He is a member of a number of scientific and economic societies, including an active member of the Academy of Natural Sciences of the Russian Federation and a full member of the Academy of Military Sciences.
