Biography
In 1981 he graduated from the Daugavpils Higher Military Aviation Engineering School. Jan Fabricius. In 1990 he graduated from the Air Force Engineering Academy. prof. N.E. Zhukovsky. In 2003 he graduated from the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. From 1981 to 1999 he served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. From 1999 to 2001 he worked in FSUE "Promexport". From 2001 to 2017 he worked in JSC Rosoboronexport. On May 15, 2017, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Advanced Projects in the Field of Military and Technical Cooperation of KRET JSC.
