Biography
He graduated from the Higher Naval School of Radio Electronics named after. A.S. Popov, specializing in "military engineer in radio electronics", specialization "hydroacoustics". Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of the Russian Engineering Academy. From 1973 to 2010, he served in the Federal State Research and Development Center for EW and Assessment of Efficiency Reduction in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, holding positions from a junior researcher to the head of the Center. Since February 2012 - Deputy Director General of JSC "Concern Radioelectronic Technologies" for R & D of EW equipment - General Designer. In April 2012, by the decision of the Military Industrial Commission under the Government of the Russian Federation (Protocol No. VP-5prs of 11.04.2012), he was appointed general designer for the most important direction of the development of weapons and military equipment "EW Systems and Facilities".
