Biography
Mr. Natalia Pashkevich has held the position of Independent Director at PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO), since February 13, 2014. From May 2011 until February 13, 2014, he served as Non-Executive Independent Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee. On June 11, 2015, he also was appointed Member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. He is Member of the Board of Director at Zoltav Resources Inc and GRuppa QIWI (QIWI plc). Until 2015 he acted as Member of the Board of Directors at Tethys Petroleum Limited and Rosinter Restaurants Holding OAO. He was an audit partner for Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2002 and subsequently for Ernst & Young for 6 years from 2002 until he retired from the profession in 2008. He has spent the last 20 years working in Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia. Mr. Marcus James Rhodes holds a qualification of Certified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). Mr. Marcus James Rhodes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and History of Economics from University of Loughborough, which he gained in 1982.
