Biography

He was born on July 10, 1976 in the village of Seryshevo in the Seryshevsky District of the Amur Region. In 1998 he graduated from the Air Force Engineering Academy. Professor N.E. Zhukovsky on the specialty "Automated control systems", engineer of electronic engineering. From August 1993 to June 1999 he served in the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
