Biography
In 1978 he graduated with honors from the Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labor, a technological institute of the food industry specializing in "Automation and complex mechanization of chemical and technological processes", an engineer-electromechanic in automation. In 2000 he graduated from the Institute of Business and Business Administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Economics and Finance, in economics and finance. In 2004, the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation awarded the Academic Degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. In 2007, he received an Executive MBA degree in strategic management from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
