Dr. I.A. Milyutina is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Physico-Chemical Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University , Russia. His research interests includes intergenic spacer 1,Species-specific nucleotide substitutions,termination of the pre-rRNA transcription  . He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. I.A. Milyutina is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to intergenic spacer 1,Species-specific nucleotide substitutions,termination of the pre-rRNA transcription  .
