Biography
David Boulos is the head of UAE operations and has solid experience in advising both private and public sector clients in the Middle East since 2003. His areas of expertise include strategy, business planning & performance improvement and most recently he has worked with the public sector in service innovation and economic & demographic planning. He has broad industry experience, including: Government, Telecommunications, Utilities & Education. David has a Master in Business Administration (Ivey School of Business - Canada), did an exchange program for his MBA (WHU - Germany), and has a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (Concordia – Canada). In addition, he speaks 7 languages and is completing his Executive Master Coach ICF program this year, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
