Biography
Luca joined the company in 1990. He has a Master Degree in Management Engineering. Luca has been leading many Progression Programmes with Blue Chip Companies around the World, helping the Management Teams achieve significant breakthroughs in terms of Client Performance and Cost Reduction securing ‘Results for tomorrow’ thorough turnarounds in the Management Systems and People Engagement and Skills. Several of the companies that Luca partnered with have been awarded for achieving double digit improvements year-on-year, supported by a complete culture change. Luca has worked in a variety of sectors including Packaging, Automotive, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Retail.
