Ravil Maganov

Biography

 Mr. Ravil U. Maganov serves as First Executive Vice-President of Exploration & Production at Public Joint Stock Company Oil Company LUKOIL. Mr. served as First Executive Vice President of Upstream at Public Joint Stock Company Oil Company LUKOIL until July 2016. Mr. Maganov served as First Executive Vice President at Open Joint Stock Company Oil company LUKOIL since October 31, 2006. He is an honored Employee of the Oil and Gas Industry/Distinguished Oil and Gas Specialist of the Russian Federation. He served as First Executive Vice President of OOO Burovaya Kompaniya since July 2009. He served as First Vice-President of Exploration and Production at LUKOIL Overseas Holding Ltd. He served as First Executive Vice President and Senior Executive Vice President of Upstream at Open Joint Stock Company Oil company LUKOIL. Mr. Maganov served as First Vice President of Open Joint Stock Company Oil company LUKOIL from 1994 to 2006 and served as its First Executive Vice President of Upstream since October 31, 2006. He served as Vice-President of OAO “LUKOIL from 1993 to 1994. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Lukoil Overseas Holding Ltd. From 1988 to 1993, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Engineer, Deputy General Director and General Director of PO Langepasneftegaz. He served as a Director of OOO Burovaya Kompaniya Eurasia since July 2009. He has been the Deputy Chairman of Public Joint Stock Company Oil Company LUKOIL since June 23, 2016 and its Executive Director since 1993. He is awarded three orders and three medals. He is a Three times winner of the RF Government Prize in Science and Engineering. Mr. Maganov graduated in 1977 from I.M. Gubkin Moscow Institute of the Petrochemical and Gas Industry. He graduated from Tyumen Industrial Institute in 1978.

Research Interest

Decorated with four orders and five medals, and awarded the Commendation of the Russian Government. Laureate of the Russian Government award for science and technology on three occasions. 1988—1993 — Production Association “Langepasneftegaz”, Chief Engineer — Deputy General Director, General Director. 1993—1994 — OAO LUKOIL, Vice President for Oil Production. 1994—​2006 — OAO LUKOIL, First Vice President (Upstream). Since 2006 —​ First Executive Vice President of PJSC LUKOIL (Upstream).​
