Biography
Dmitry Popov is a founder of Maxwell Biotech and its managing company Maxwell Asset Management. He brings over 20 years of experience as a physician and over 10 years as an investor. Dmitry received his MD from the Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute in 1988 and subseqently did research in the area of plastic oral surgery.
