Mr. Yegor Ivanov

Biography

Yegor Ivanov is the head of RUSAL's Directorate for Control, Internal Audit and Business Coordination from 2012. His responsibility is to organize an internal control system and increase the efficiency of the Company's business processes, ensure an independent view of critical areas of the Company's business for CEO and top management, and monitor compliance with regulatory agencies and international lenders. Yegor Ivanov has been working in UC RUSAL since 2000. Since October 2010, he served as the Director of the Department in the Directorate for Control, Internal Audit, and Business Coordination. From 2005 to 2010, he headed the planning and budget department of UK RUSAL, was the first deputy financial director of the company. From 2000 to 2005 he worked as a financial director of RUSAL's production divisions and managed the financial unit of the company's rolling business. Until 2000 he worked in the International Group of Companies "ITERA", which is one of the largest independent producers and sellers of natural gas, working in the CIS and Baltic countries. Yegor Ivanov graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in accounting, analysis and audit.
