Biography
Natalia Beketova has been heading the RUSAL Personnel Directorate since September 2015. In this position, she is responsible for personnel management and development of the company's human resources in accordance with its strategic goals, including through the preparation of the current personnel reserve, as well as for the implementation of social and motivational programs for employees. Graduated with honors from the Tula State Pedagogical University. L.N. Tolstoy is a teacher of a foreign language.
