Nelli R. Galeyeva has been Director of Mechel PAO’s Accounting and Tax Department since March 2014.Nelli R. Galeyeva is a graduate of Kuzbass State Technical University with a degree in accounting and audit, as well as Kemerovo State University with a degree in finance and audit.Since 2008 and until March 2014, she was Mechel Mining Management Company OOO’s chief accountant.
