Biography
He graduated from the Military Medical Faculty of the Saratov Medical Institute, majoring in "Medicine" in 1991. From 1991 to 1995, he served as a military doctor in various positions in the Far Eastern Military District. In 1993-1994 he passed a specialization in otorhinolaryngology on the basis of the ENT department of the main hospital of the Pacific Fleet in Vladivostok. In 1995-1998 he studied at the first faculty of the Military Medical Academy. CM. Kirov in St. Petersburg, majoring in "Otorhinolaryngology", after which he was appointed to the post of head of the ENT department of the Tver military hospital, which he headed from 1998 to 2009. Since 2009, in connection with the termination of military service, he worked as a doctor otorhinolaryngologist in medical institutions of Tver city, ENT department of Klin city hospital.
