Biography
Alexey Titov was appointed director of the North-West branch of MegaFon in July 2017. Alexey joined the MegaFon team in 2003 in Novosibirsk, where he traveled from an engineer to a technical director of the Siberian branch. Since January 2013 he worked as the infrastructure director of the Far Eastern branch of MegaFon. With his participation, projects were implemented to build and launch the main and zonal transport networks, satellite earth station networks to organize channels and link difficult-to-access base stations in Siberia and the Far East, projects to replace radio subsystems, measures to improve efficiency and optimize the structure technical and IT functions. Alexey started the duties of the infrastructure director of the North-West branch of MegaFon in November 2014. During his management of the infrastructure function, the branch has implemented the most important projects, including the replacement of radio network equipment in 11 regions and the switching system in St. Petersburg, the network optimization project for the best quality of services, upgraded LTE and LTE Advanced networks, and international, federal and regional levels, such as: World Championship draw-2018, St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Confederations Cup-2017 and many others.
