September 21, 2013 Andrei Levykin was appointed to the post of director of the Far Eastern branch of the company "MegaFon." Andrei Levykin was born in 1973. In 1996 he graduated from the Samara State Technical University. In the "MegaFon" came in 2005. For 8 years of work in the company Andrey Levykin passed all the stages of professional growth - from the head of the marketing sector in the Samara region of JSC MSS-Povolzhye to the infrastructure director of the Povolzhsky branch of PJSC MegaFon. Among the latest and most significant projects he oversaw, the project to provide communications for sports facilities of the XXVII World Summer Universiade, held in the summer of 2013 in Kazan. The implementation of this project by MegaFon was highly appreciated by the government of the Russian Federation and the organizing committee of the Universiade.
