Biography
In October 2015, Andrei Shishkovsky was appointed Director of the Siberian Branch of PJSC "MegaFon". His career in telecommunications Andrey Shishkovsky began in the Urals branch of MegaFon from the position of auditor. In 2008, he was appointed to the post of financial director of MegaFon-Tajikistan, and in 2012 he became executive director. After two and a half years of successful management of MegaFon's subsidiary in February 2015, Andrey returns to the Urals branch as a CFO. On the position of the financial director of the Ural branch, Andrey managed to implement a large-scale plan of measures that allows to fulfill the OIBDA budget, prepare and receive financing for five discrete projects, and execute KPI on working capital. During his tenure as CEO of MegaFon-Tajikistan, the company's revenue grew 6-fold, subscriber base 5.4-fold, and the market share for 5 years increased by 22%. Andrey Shishkovsky was born on May 21, 1980. In 2003 he graduated from the Faculty of Finance of the Ural State Economic University. In 2008 he graduated from the Ural State Law Academy.
