Biography
In October 2016, Anna Serebryanikova was appointed to the post of operational director of MegaFon. Anna Serebryanikova joined the MegaFon team in 2006 as an Adviser to the Director General on international legal issues, bringing to the company significant, long-term experience in the field of international legal activity in transnational companies, federal and international organizations and agencies. Since 2008, she headed the Legal function of the company, carrying out full legal support for the activities of PJSC "MegaFon". Ms. Serebryanikova has unique experience in conducting strategically important corporate projects, including M & A, the integration of large assets, support for complex structured transactions in the Russian and international capital markets, the conduct of public offering of shares and depositary receipts in Russia and abroad, victory in practical arbitration cases.
