Biography
He was born in 1955. Mr. Moshiri is Chairman of the Board of Directors and a shareholder of USM Holdings Limited. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of OOO Metalloinvest Management Company. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC MegaFon, Mail.ru, Nautilus Minerals, Strike Resources and USM Steel & Mining Group. Mr. Moshiri was an independent director and member of the Board of Directors of Norilsk Nickel from 2008 to 2010, and from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Moshiri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of London, and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
