Biography
He was born in 1955. He is one of the founders of the Russian industry of information and Internet technologies, he is the President of ELVIS-PLUS company since 1991. In 2008 he founded the Almaz Capital Partners fund. Currently he is the Managing Partner of the Fund. Mr. Galitsky graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology with a Ph.D. in engineering.
