Biography
In May 2016 Irina Likhova was appointed to the position of Director for Corporate Development and Personnel Management of MegaFon. Irina graduated from the Leningrad State University with a degree in applied mathematics of management processes. For more than 10 years she has been engaged in mathematical modeling of production processes in technological research institutes. Then she continued her education at the LETI-Lovanium International School of Management. He holds an MBA from Leuven University (Belgium). In 1994, Irina was invited to the international concern Unilever, where she worked in the field of personnel management for nine years. In 2003, she joined MegaFon, where she worked until 2012, creating from scratch the Human Resources function.
