Biography

In February 2016 Vladimir Karpushkin was appointed to the post of director of the Volga branch of the company "MegaFon". Prior to this, since March 2012, Vladimir Karpushkin served as commercial director and director of business development in the mass market of the Volga branch. Under his leadership, a number of large projects were implemented: 4G / LTE network services were put on the mass market in 13 regions, the federal competence center was launched within the framework of the MNP project on the basis of the Saratov department. Vladimir Karpushkin has been working in the company for 15 years: starting from the position of the replacement engineer of the operation group NSS and BSS of the technical department in 2001, for a few years he rose up the career ladder to the marketing director of MegaFon-Volga Region. Later he headed the commercial department of the Caucasian branch, the service of new products and services of the Volga branch, headed the Volga branch of the retail network of OJSC "MegaFon-Retail". Vladimir Karpushkin was born in Samara. In 2000 he graduated from the Samara State Aerospace University. Academician S.P. Queen (SSAU) with the qualification of an engineer in the specialty "Automated systems for information processing and management."
